Sally B. Fox- Since 1983, Sally has represented numerous lenders, businesses, developers and individuals in a broad range of real estate related transactional and litigation matters including closings, leasing, landlord/tenant, title and development matters, commercial litigation and creditor rights collections, foreclosure and collections.

Sally is a Board Certified Real Estate Attorney, has a AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and was selected as a 2018 and 2019 Florida Super Lawyer. She is an authorized agent for Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, Chicago Title Insurance Company, Fidelity Title Insurance Company, Westcor Land Title Insurance Company and Alliant National Title COmpany. She is a graduate of Tulane University and Cumberland School of Law. She is a shareholder and director of Emmanuel, Sheppard & Condon Law Firm, which has Florida offices in Pensacola, Miramar Beach, Perdido Key, Tallahassee and an Alabama office in Daphne.

Suzanne Blankenship- Suzanne Blankenship is a Board Certified Condominium and Planned Development Lawyer practicing law in Pensacola since 1996. She earned a B.A. in political science and M.P.A. in public administration from the University of Alabama and a J.D. from Hamline University School of Law where she was editor-in-chief of the Hamline Journal of Public Law and Policy.

As a director at Emmanuel, Sheppard & Condon, Suzanne’s practice involves serving as legal counsel for numerous condominium and homeowners’ associations throughout Northwest Florida. She has also represented buyers, sellers, and lenders in commercial and residential real estate transactions. Suzanne is a member of the Florida Bar and its Section on Real Property, Probate and Trust Law, the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association and the Alabama State Bar. She is also an active member and sponsor of the North Gulf Coast Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI), an organization devoted to representing the interests of condominium associations and homeowners’ associations throughout the United States.
