This 6 hour education class takes place on two days and does count towards your designation!
Part 1 will be held on September 15 and Part 2 will be held on September 16, 2021.

About Dave: David Holt is Founder of R.P. Management, Inc., in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Co-Founder of Surevestor which is the only company of its kind in the US providing Landlord Protection Insurance. David started his management career in 1987 for HUD. He is a licensed Real Estate broker, building contractor and licensed insurance producer in Minnesota. He served on the NARPM board of director from 1991 through 1995 and served again in 2004 and he served as the National President of NARPM during the 1993-94 term. He holds the RMP, MPM and CRMC designations and the CPM designation through IREM. David is also one of NARPM’s national instructors.
